  : the bed was clean and it was 4 mins from my event.
  : They have remotes that channel up or down dont work, they have no instructions stating how to use the remote and this idiot staff member says all the local know, ok do I look like a local, second the light fixture have dust on them, which look like fur, the supervisor at the front desk didnt give a care, She was looking crazy as I'm explaint I had no TV or radio which neither didn't work.Like three years ago I would have recommended not this time.

  : I thought the staff had snooty attitudes by the tones and their voices and expressions on their face at the front desk. After staying, I learned it's 100% smoke free in the parking lot..

  : The location is great. Very convenient to amenities. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. Good water pressure in the shower.
  : When we first arrived our reservation was lost/misplaced in the system and the staff at the front desk had us sit and wait on the manager to come from another part of the hotel as they could not contact her because she did not have her cell phone with her. So we waited about 20 minutes in the lobby for the manager. We were on the third floor, and there were guests staying above us and we could hear them walking around in their room. Children were running back and forth and someone who was heavy footed also was walking around. It was strange to hear so much noise as I have stayed in this hotel before and never heard any noises/sounds from other rooms.
