: The room is what you'd expect for a low-price hotel room on the border. Very well located to take the west crossing from Calexico, just a few minutes away. About 15 minutes to the larger east crossing. It was clean and quiet, though the walls were thin and could have been a problem if I'd had noisy neighbors. Only a few travelers when I was there (January 2020). The managers were nice and I was easily able to get an additional night when I found I was a day ahead of schedule. No breakfast with the room, but that was OK. Only a mile to Starbucks :-) I had dinner at a nice restaurant: Rosa's Plane Food. Very friendly staff and delicious food. Both the other people I ate with enjoyed their meals as well. It was a little expensive: almost $30 for a steak and margarita but there were not many non-fast-food choices in town.
: Better if they provided breakfast or at least coffee. Many handicap parking spots, unfortunately both in front of my room were handicap spaces.

: Super nice staff. Plenty of TV channels. Good facility and location in front of the Mexican Consulate. Very close to the pedestrian passage to Mexicali.
: A little desk in the room, for working with the laptop, was missing, as well as reading lights by the bed.
