  : The best part is the food. Foods meet the 5 star standard. Both breakfast and dinner are well designed and tasty. The service is fair and the facility is basic.
  : All facilities are very basic. Pool is small, SPA is not on site. Gym is tiny. Restaurants is in the basement.

  : Pros - Room is new and clean. Daily cleaning available. Half board breakfast and dinner were good quality. fresh and well cooked.
  : Overall rather disappointed with the quality of the service / amenities / activities available or received. Room itself was 5 star quality. Facility - The Suites (5 star) shared most of the facilities like spa and gym, with its 4 star hotel. Both spa and gym were small, in the basement, and lack of staff. The spa staff didn't speak much English so we can't even book a massage. Restaurants - The Suites recommended us to have lunch (not included) at it's 4 star hotel, Thai Garden which turned out to be a completely disaster. - There were only one staff serving the whole restaurant so waiting time was like 30min for one dish. - The waiter recommended set menu for two (39eur for each person)so we ordered 8 sets for 8 people. The portion was extremely small. E.g., the main for four people were three bowls of curry each with 4 prawns. 4 pieces of chicken and some vegetables. We complained this to the waiter and he responded very rudely, saying "it's 39eur, what more can you ask for" - The waiter also poured our wine and water everywhere without any apology - The desert such as ice-creams came in one glass bowl to shared between two people, not even in separated glass bowls! - We made complaints to both restaurant and reception at the Suite. They apologised and mentioned they would follow up the next day - nothing happened. Activities - The activities manager advised bike rental which was always closed on Sunday. We got there and fou

  : Very stylish and peaceful, with direct access on to the Marina and the surrounding restaurants. Lovely jacuzzi bedroom with stunning views of the Marina. Easy on street parking outside. Plentiful sunbeds. Had a very enjoyable few days.
  : At breakfast you had to order hot options off menu which is good in that theyre freshly cooked, but the portion sizes were somewhat small. Plenty of cold buffet options so you wont go hungry, but I prefer a larger hot offering. The chips need to be cooked for longer at the poolside restaurant as they were raw on the inside which was off putting, especially given the price, and Id recommend some lighter options being added to the menu for lunchtime - e.g. sandwiches, etc, as we ended up eating lunch elsewhere due to the more dinner style menu.

  : Pool area, sun beds and rooms are nice. The decor is nice and what Id expect from a hotel that rates itself 5*
  : The staff are friendly however there are a couple who were rude. The guy at reception was rude when I checked out - about using the towels on the beds after check out, saying I was reserving the beds even though Id been using them all morning and planned to use them all afternoon - check out is quicker than a swim in the pool. So an unnecessary comment considering they offer you to stay and use the facilities until you need to leave. The half board food is not good - but the local restaurant choice isnt great either. The breakfast is ok - lots of buffet choice & hot food to order options - although like the evening meals they overcomplicate them. The evening food menu is really small and doesnt change. We stayed 4 nights and had to repeat meals, not sure I could eat the food for a week or longer. Again they overcomplicate the meals, focussing on the look rather than taste - avoid the veggie options - sorry vegetarians/vegans - this place isnt for you. The pasta was very oily and tasteless and the rice dish is literally a tray of red rice baked - with unseasoned veg - 3 pieces of mushroom and some parsnip (not one whole veg worth there) really bad. I would say the food was the worst part of the trip. Oh you must reserve a table at Ti Amo pizza place 20 mins walk away - its amazing! And they are literally turning people away, which says a lot (compared to the increasingly quietening restaurant in the hotel) Water is 4.50 and none in the room - which I would expect from a hotel charging 5* prices - complimentary water is a basic 5* service.
