  : Was clean modern
  : The location. I didnt do my research well but this is a resort town. All tourist trap restaurants surrounding and tourist and screaming kids everywhere. As such we spent no time here and werent able to enjoy the hotels facilities.

  : Rooms are extremely small, beds are like the ones you find in a hostel.Minibar is empty, you need to go down to the reception if you want to have water or anything, just insane.The pool on the rooftop is very small and the whole rooftop area overall is very small.Parking is a nightmare, no dedicated parking lot, finding a place takes a lot of time & you need to walk a lot.I wouldnt choose half board again, as dinner was very bad. Staff is kind, but not well trained and very slow, check in was a chaos and took more than 25 minutes.No designated luggage room, what you would expect from a hotel this quality, instead you need put your things down on the floor behind the receptionist.Overall I would never choose this hotel again, it was by far the worst among all the hotels weve stayed at in Mallorca.

  : The location was good, the fact that the hotel has the beach in front is a plus. Buffet breakfast offers a big variety of options and everything we tried was nice and good quality.In one of the weekend nights they had a DJ playing in the terrace and it was a nice unexpected surprise.
  : We were driving so it was a shame they don't have parking.Not a big deal but it would have been nice to have some coffee/tea supplies in the room as a nice treat.

  : Staff was very friendly. Hotel directly by the beach but there is no private beach or chairs from the hotel, you need to pay every time extra! Rooftop is nice with a nice view and there is even a bar, however, unstaffed so you have no music, no drinks. So much potential wasted.
  : Where to start? This hotel is an absolute disaster. For a 4 star hotel there is no luxury feel anywhere to be seen. For every little thing you need to pay extra. There is a Nespresso machine, but you need to pay extra for the capsule. There are no free beach / pool towels, you need to pay a deposit of 10 and pay extra to get it washed? That's scandalous for a beach hotel! Everything in the hotel is of the cheapest quality. The breakfast, plenty of choice but just tasteless food. In the bathroom there is only a shower gel / shampoo mix, no conditioner, no body lotions, and it's even a cheap refill from a probably even cheaper brand. Every time you get a liquid refill in another colour. I am a lot in 4 stars hotel but I have never written such a bad review. This hotel is just far too expensive for what it delivers. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  : The location was excellent, just across from the sea and an easy walk from the bus stop. The room was spacious, very comfortable beds and a wonderful balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and helpfuland the breakfast is fantastic.
