Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 4 years old to 10 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an existing bed.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, Appartamento Fresia will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link to a secured payment platform.

A surcharge of 20 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours until 10 P.M. A surcharge of 35 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours until 11 P.M. A surcharge of 50 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours until midnight. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Kindly note that last minute bookings may have slight check-in delays of up to 2 hours.
