  : excellent location - really convenient for restaurants, shops and beaches. The evening entertainment was very good too with plenty for kids and adults
  : Theres not enough space for the number of guests. impossible to get any beds around the pool unless you reserve by 5am. Food was nice but would have been better with more variety. Queues for the coffee machines at breakfast were ridiculous. not enough staff - took 10/15 minutes to get a drink from the bar every time. There is also a lot of things that isnt included in the all-inclusive package eg sangria.in general it was a bit rough around the edges - broken flooring around the pool that could be dangerous, air conditioning not working properly, key cards to room not working all the time so constantly having to get them reset. its the little things that make the difference for example we werent able to play table tennis because they had run out of balls and on a couple of occasions we were spoken to rudely by staff when we wanted to move chairs so that my family could sit together

  : The location was good - close to the beach, bus and supermarkets. And our terrace was nice.
  : Our aircondition didn't work and they sent a man to fix it tree times but it still didn't work, which is very sad when it's 30 degrees outside. Furthermore, the kitchen facilities were not so good. The knives were not sharp at all and very hard to use and there was no spatula or something we could use for the pan.

  : There were no shampoo in the bathroom of the room, only hand soap.

  : Food was really good! It was relatively cheap compared to other hotels. Location is pretty good. Big room with terrace.
  : Tap-water is salty. Rooms were not that clean and pretty old. Staff was not enough kind always. There were a lot of noizes around the area. All inclusive is not covers everything however it includes pretty much bevarages. Only one bar is for all-inclusive and it closes at 11pm.

  : No kettle. Didnt know about all inclusive offer untill last day which was a shame as its a good deal
