  : Food are ok. But if you don't have all-inclusive there is nothing to drink for you at the dinner. Only water. they didn't even want to heat the water
  : To load music in the evening. If you travel with infant/child there is no chance that your baby will fall asleep before 11 p.m

  : The breakfast had a good selection and staff in this area were working so hard to ensure everything was clean and tidy. The childrens dinosaur pool was lovely and made my daughters holiday. Cleaners were friendly and liked that they changed the bed sheets most days.
  : The rooms looked tired and was in desperate need of some TLC.When we arrived- checked in and walked over to the other side of the hotel where our room was situated to find there was no bed for my 3 year old- no apologies by reception staff for the inconvenience.The TV & Phone were not working in our room- although not really bothered about TV whilst on holiday it would have been useful to chuck on to occupy my three year old whilst we were getting ready- reception gave me batteries to try resolve the problem myself first incase it was the remote that was the problem and advised me to ring reception if I couldnt get it working.. unable to call reception as at this point I noticed the phone did not work also. TV was fixed the next day after I had to report it for a third time.. and all though TV was now able to turn on it had no signal and was unable to watch anything anyway. again no apologies by staff for this inconvenience.A few days into our stay our room then started smelling like sewage and drains.. gave it a night to see if its a short issue but the smell was making my three year old heave and unwell- down to reception again to complain was initially faced with the attitude as in no- this cant be true but to be fair was given an option to move rooms or stay and see if the engineer was able to fix it. We moved rooms but again no apologies for any inconvenience, no offer for a helping hand to change rooms, no offer of any compensation for the amount of times Ive had to come back and fore reception- ( I am not a difficult person and this is the first time I have ever done a review but its basic manners)Phone in new room also did not work- so guessing it might have been a problem in that part of the Hotel- again would have saved a lot of hassle walking back and fore reception with a tired three year old.
