  : Breakfast and dinner were amazing, with lots of options and well made food. The waiters were always quick to take dirty plates off our tables and very kind. The room was all in all comfortable and clean.
  : I would suggest installing mosquito nets on the balcony windows/doors, at least at the first floor. It was still quite warm outside, but not everyone likes to sleep under the AC and would prefer to have the windows open instead.

  : The pool looked nice, room needs a few fittings replaced to keep up with the refurb, ie new air con control and new hairdryer in bathroom. Breakfast was lovely, buffet continental or English.

  : Room is not bed, not new, but have comfortable bed.
  : Didin't like the deserts , not variable of deserts, every evening lemon yogurt, some vipping cream, and cake. Only 3, 4choise. Didn't like they don't have any kids menu, only chips.. My 4 years old almost didin't eat. I saw another kids aswell eat just some chips and that's it. Never been on 4 stars hotel with so low choice. Be aware if you wana go with small kids till 6 years old in to the pool. because hotel doesn't let go to swim in indoor outdoor pool. Just from 6 years old. I didin't saw this info in booking com. We book this hotel on April Because they have a Indoor heating pool. But they didn't want let us in. But my husband say for the staff like our doughter wana go, and they give us expectations. Thanks for them. My husband go with a doughter in indoor pool and take her swimmin ring, when we go out spa lady saw, and start very rood angry talk with us, like you can't go with a swimm ring, so we say sorry, we don't know that, next time we know it, then she angry arguing more about that and even ask our room number and call to the reception and told about us,like we bring little girl swimming ring, we broke a spa ruls, say for them we need to listen rools. But we don't know that,we don't found info in a room spa book where is a ruls, and price..nothing about swim ring. Terible expirience. I even didn't wana stay in this hotel. That lady need to learn how to speak with a people. Because after that i feel like I did something very bad, like kill someone. Never go back in this hotel.
