  : Awful! This is a room rental only! No staff on site. The entrance is dank and unlit at night. We stayed here twice at the start and end of a trip. We booked non refundable rooms otherwise I would have cancelled my second stay. On our first nights stay, we did get timely information for the self check in. However someone was holding the elevator on the top floor and we had to walk up with our luggage. The common areas of the building are under construction and filthy. The floor we stayed on is a corridor of rooms. There was no bar soap given, only shampoo packets. The beds are horribly soft and the pillows flat and hard in our first room. For our second 1 night we never received any self check in information. I sent several messages via Booking.com, and the email that they used on our first night stay to give me check in info. No one wrote me back. When we arrived thankfully their laundry person was still there and we could get into the hallway. He gave us a number we could message on whatsapp. The person I was messaging with was extremely rude to me. Claimed computer outage. We had booked a deluxe triple room for 2 people. After a long back and forth, we finally got the codes for the key to a room, which was in no way a triple or in any way deluxe. When I pointed that out to the person I was messaging they told me that room was deluxe and I had only booked for 2 people, so I get a room with a matrimonial bed only. If I book a triple room for 2 people it's because we want more space. This person had to argue with me over the size of the room and weather or not it was a deluxe triple, after waiting 1.5 hours to get in. They informed me that it is a triple if they roll in an extra bed. I can tell you there was no place to put an extra bed in this room. No instructions on turning on the air con. Wifi never worked for either stay. Floors not clean. No blanket in second room. Beds only have 1 thin sheet.

  : The shower worked fine. The location is perfect just next to the station
  : The pictures were extremely deceiving. The entrance to the building was dark. The neighbourhood looks kind of dangerous and is really dirty. At entering the building was pitch black and we had to use the phone torch to explore the area till we found a switch for the area light. There was a lot of dirt and stuff in the inner yard of the building. The elevator was kind of old and hard to use. Then on the room the heater was shared across 5 rooms. You had to 'borrow it' for a while but there was no glass or cup for it. On the room, the door latch had signs of being forced before. There were no curtains, the window didnt shut fully, there was a looottt of noise from the street and in general the room was much more ugly and old than the pictures on booking.

  : the entrance to the building resesembled a building site.. the room was very badly and cheaply refurbished with an old grey net curtain hung around the 4 poster bed.. outside the windows on every side was scaffolding.. covered with litter... the whole of the building still has the original window frames... good luck on getting any sleep at all

  : You can also read my previous review on this property. I never would have stayed for our second night at the end of the trip if it wasn't non refundable. Our rooms didn't reflect the pix here. Trash bins blocking the entrance of building, Sketchy men handing around the entrance at night. Main doors left open, no lights in common area at night, pitch black. Use phone light to be safe. Asked for blanket, told they're at cleaners. Only a thin sheet on the bed, extra pillows but no pillow cases. Rude text exchange with staff that was deleted so I can't post screen shots. Not worth the price! Stay someplace else!! Who owns and manages these rooms, no name, no managers name and no phone number given. The nice laundry person helped us get in touch with the office when they ignored our repeated requests for key code and room number for 2nd stay. We booked a deluxe triple room for 2nd stay and only got a tiny double room. Nothing about these rooms are deluxe. I could write more but I don't want to give this horrible place any more of my time.
