: -very good location - 5 minutes walk to bus and train station, in heart of Marina district -nice, big and clean bathroom with washing machine - big and comfortable bed - good contact with the owner
: - there were no basic kitchen dishes like knife, fork, plates, pan etc. so if you want to cook your own meals - you can't

: Communication with owner was great and really helpful, shame we didn't see him once during the 3 days. Location is perfect in the heart of the beautiful old city with lots of shops n restaurants around, and loved staying in the historic building full of character. If you have a lot of luggages it maybe a problem, as no cars allowed in the neighbourhood and lots of stairs to carry up your luggages. Washing machine next to the bathroom was handy.
: Unfortunately the whole apartment was filthy, obviously hadn't been cleaned for a while. Dirty toilet and dusty floor throughout, so kept our shoes on the whole time. Bedsheet was too small for the mattress so kept popping off!

: We met the owner for about two minutes and he seems like a very nice man. He lives on the third floor above the room. The room is new and very clean. It needs a waste basket, disposable cups, a coffee maker or at least a way to heat water, several things. There was no communication. The wifi was good. No TV! No amenities, just a room.

: Host was really really really welcoming, he went out his way to meet me outside the location but I didn't even tell him exactly when I'm coming! Very dedicated, very helpful man! Location, I don't think there is a better place to stay location wise, 50 meters from main road, restaurants left right and center and buses to travel everywhere on doorstep. The place itself was huge inside, bed was comfy, the windows were really nice because you could close them with this shader and the room would instantly be completely dark. Very good for napping! Overall fantastic experience.
