  : Very nice, spacious, and clean property. Everything you need is provided, including beach chairs.
  : I did not receive any information about the check in. I messaged the property twice, no response. When calling the number property manager he asked for cash because his card machine was not working. I said I did not have all the money in cash, I mean, who does?…3 night stay in cash??!! Then he asked for $500 in cash snd the rest on my card, all of the sudden the machine worked for a lower amount, I still did not have cash. He ended up charging the entire amount to my card. He said he was coming over to pick up the deposit, again $150 cash, my family went out or dinner and I stayed to wait for him, he never showed up or called. Beach chairs were moldy and rusty. Pots snd pans were disgusting, dirty, had food sticking. Definitely not properly cleaned. I hand washed all dishes we were going to use. Again, I receive no instructions for checking out. After all our luggage and kids were in the car ready to go, I texted the property manager to ask where to leave the keys, then he sent a long text explaining what I needed to do to check out that included to remove all trash from apartment AND to make sure all dishes were washed and put away. I hand washed all breakfast dishes but were still in drying rack. This explains the dirty pots and pans, management does not make sure pots snd pans are properly cleaned and sanitized. You depend on the previous renter. Ridiculous!! I guess this part is not included in the cleaning fees. I texted back to mention how disappointed I was about it, ask also mentioned the instructions needed to be sent with plenty of time since we had to do so much before checking out. Never got a response. Nice property, be willing to clean kitchen before and after your stay.

  : Place is cozy and clean.
  : Several things need to be taken care by the host. 1. Toilet in one of the bathroom is broken and does not flush. You have to remove the lid from the storage tank and manually press it to water. 2. Wifi is terrible. Only 1 device can be connected and even then it is quite slow.3. Kitchen has worn-out pots and pans. It is terrible. They should replace those.4. The only dining table in the house is dangerous to use as two of the legs are unstable and can fall any time.
