  : The Balcony view of Lake Garda is amazing!!!! The hotel is very serene and tranquil, waking up to the sound of birds was very calming. The room was spacious and had everything I needed for my short stay. The staff were warm and friendly despite the language barrier and went out of their way to organise a taxi for my when i was checking out. Great value for money!
  : The bed/mattress was not was the most comfortable, and the hotel is not very easy to get to via public transport (about a 15min hike from the bus station, which was tricky with luggage due to the winding roads. Without luggage however, it was quite manageable).

  : The public terrace and the view, the waitress was very kind and speaks English. The room facing the mountain has a great lovely porch.To our surprise, the manager/barman/receptionist did not take any responsibility for the water flood in our room.
  : There is no a.c. and can't control light in room's private porch. When returning to our room in the evening the bathroom floor was flooded with (fortunately) clear water from beneath the sink. We were to tired to ask to move to another room or having somene fix it when we wanted to rest. In the morning, when we told the manager at checkout about the problem and our inconvenience, he did not seem to be surprised at all, was not empathic, and no compensation was offered.

  : We had a good time at this hotel. It was nice and quiet, a bit away from the busy areas, with a fantastic view from our balcony. When it was too hot up there, you could sit in the restaurant area in the shade and still have an amazing view. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, considering it's a two star hotel. I'm gluten intolerant, and they provided three different types of bread for me to choose from and also two different kinds of sweet cakes. The staff spoke good English and were friendly. We had dinner at the hotel and it was good enough for a very reasonable price.
  : The only thing that could have improved our stay, would be a decent AC in the room.

  : Shower head is fixed in the walk like at public swimming pool. Not convenient at all. Plus hot water takes 1 to 2 minutes to run. Such a waste of precious water.
