  : The apartment is located right in the city center on a nice street, having access to stores and markets. It is recently renovated and the general feeling is that of new and comfort. Furniture and appliances are of very good quality, kitchenette well equipped. Check-in and check-out went smooth, without interactions with the administrators.
  : Everything was ok. But, given that the apartment is at the top floor of the building and that there is no elevator, this should be a concern for people with reduced mobility. Staircase is very narrow.

  : Communication only by email and/or whatsapp. Enmities too poor. Shower head broken, To open microwave door you need to open freezer door first. To close lower kitchen drawer you need to lift the drawer on top of it first. Blinds of front room are out of order/ broken, and the front window (though barred) does not lock. Use of dishwasher and washing machine is possible but not practical for stays of 2-3 nights because no related soap or cleaner is provided. These cleaning products are not worth buying for short stays. The apartment is located in the attic and there is no lift: that means climbing 5 floors (67 very high stairs) with your luggage. All communication is in Spanish. Up to you to figure things out, so use translator apps. Messages are not clear as for example: "wifi is in the property on the left. Username and password are on a sticker'. Turns out that the modem was on top of the wardrobe, in the first room to the left of the hall. The username and password were the name and pin number of the modem. Both were written in tiny letters on the modem's factory sticker at the bottom of the modem. Try to figure that out after a long day of travel ! The place is clean but it is to be expected- after all you are charged 30 Eur for cleaning services.
