  : Good location, although being a local (now living abroad) I can say that there are literally a few thousand similar/ better property in that same area/distance to beach. Besides regular appliances, it had a washing machine, hair drier and toaster. I wouldn't go back though, for that price.
  : This is the first time I rate a place under 8, here are my reasons: It looks much nicer on the website photos. The main bedroom window is interior, and to the kitchen (smells... ), also it didn't close well. The second bedroom window is also interior, near the ceiling and to the living room (?). Very dark. Building and kitchen facing a busy avenue with traffic, and the window didn't close. Neither did the one to the main bedroom to the kitchen, so it was very loud at night, besides any smells. Towels were not completely white and had some marks. Shower edges were dark. we notified the team and their response was only that they're dry-cleaned professionally. They did not change them. The towels are also tiny, and very thin. The living room window was out of the hinges and didn't fully close either. All the windows were pretty dirty. The hallway one to the point of not being able to see what's in the other side. The property is in average condition, but it really needs to be refurbished. Nearly all walls have damage simply been painted over without fixing. Not a nice or modern feeling to furniture, decoration or the property Both tiny side lamps in the bedroom look from the pound shop, and were broken and glued together. The main bedroom wardrobe is the original, from at least the 80s. No coffee machine. Very loud neighbours that woke us up every day before 7am - hello, we're trying to holiday here! They made us take the rubbish out on our last day too. The lifts are being refurbished, 1 our of 3 working, ancient, and always busy. It literally would take us 5 mins every time we were going up or down. You don't want to forget anything upstairs. I could go on... in summary, we wouldn't recommend until it's been improved or if you don't mind any of the above for the price.
