  : Everything was provided for. 2.5 modern bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. Close to the beach with secure parking.
  : Could not see outside as in nothing to look out at.... The pillows or pillow linens had a strong stale odour. Unfortunately for that I couldn't return.

  : Good location, with modern facilities. Handy for the beach and the old town. Handy underground parking.
  : Problem with the app to get in (didn't work). Hard to park while trying to get in. Some lights in the lounge ceiling not working.

  : VERY hard to access, took 30 minutes and assistance from a passerby. The view is terrible nothing but police cars and walls.

  : Very spacious as only 2 of us.
  : wanted to use double room. Sheet very small for size of bed and no duvet cover on. Looked for different pillows as do not like a bolster but they were stained.. Too many notices warning you about things that would cost you more - about use of towels for example - so not very welcoming.

  : Parking is a big bonus, locked and secure garage under the house, not a fixed spot, but plenty of room, garage height was 218cm, we had a roof box and our car height was 213cm so luckily we fit in. Apartment location is very good, walking distance to old town area and 100m from beach and promenade. Beach has a calm no-waves corner, so it is good for kids also. Few bars and restaurants just around the corner and at the beach. Grocery (ALDI) to buy your meals is ~200m. Apartment had central floor heating, so nice and comfortable even off-season. Everything is spottless clean, wifi was fast fiber.
  : Check-in is a very complicated, you have to download an special app, upload all your passports to this app which I had to do repeatedly many times before it accepted our passports, then you have to scan your and all other quests faces to the app, then they validate it. Using that app is quite complicated, you definitely need a internet for doing all this and if you are not a pro phone user then you probably fail. I have a master degree in IT and it took me about 45min to unlock the door. Can't imagine if my parents had arrived behind that door. Apartment door has a electronic lock which is also a bit too futuristic for non tech person.

  : Amazing location for old Town & beach. Exceptionally clean. Very secure- good communication with host. Parking in city centre a bonus.
  : Clearer instructions re entering property for 1st time (let in by resident) initially complicated but once achieved was fine. No view or sense of weather but didnt spend much time in apartment as so much to see & do in Cadiz.

  : Location was great, easy to walk to Old town and beach
  : The bedrooms are in the basement so hardly any natural light. Did not like the app based door lock and parking was difficult to find as well the locking system in the lift. If you are not tech savvy (older couple) you will struggle.
