  : A beautiful property with historical character and right in the heart of the old city of Cceres. The room was spacious and comfortable and the reception staff were helpful.

  : The location was perfect as central but quiet. Our room with a balcony and fkags on the balcony was rather grand making us feel very special. The food was excellent, we would have liked English translations as made a few mistakes.
  : The car parking was a long walk from the accommodation with suitcases. We would have liked to take our drinks to the garden area as the cafeteria bar area was not appealing.

  : The location is fantastic, as is the general aesthetic of the hotel. The breakfast had a lot of options, both hot and cold. The dining servers clearly worked hard to attend to people's needs.
  : 101. Do not stay in this room. Frankly the hotel would do better to convert it into another type of usable space that is not a guest room. It is a structure directly off of the lobby, and you can hear EVERYTHING - all the tour guides, the jovial shouting, late night entries, the banging of luggage, etc. I am a heavy sleeper and I had to use a white noise app to sleep despite closing inner door. The room was also damp with a strange smell that others remarked on when I brought them into my room; it was a striking difference from the lobby. The wifi only worked in part of the room... that was not the bed; I had to place a chair near the window to access it. If it wasnt a busy wedding weekend, I would have absolutely asked to switch, as I was there 3 nights. I suspect I was placed in this room as a solo traveler, which was a bit demoralizing... I paid like everyone else. Finally, I tried to eat the bar nuts in the room, and found them to be rancid/expired. When I presented them (politely) to the front desk, the staff member looked at me, frowned, and shrugged. Nothing else was said of this event. For >200 euro per night at a 4-star hotel, I expected more thoughtfulness.
