  : I like the pool area and the beach bar area. The Lobby lounge was cute. There was a lot food but needs improvement. My stomach hurt a bit do you the food.
  : No music at Pool area just at the pool bar we sat near the kids club so we didn’t hear it. During the Entertainment time they would put music and that was nice. There is NO KIDS menu, kids options are very limited at buffet it was hard for my son to eat during the stay. The “burger” at the pool bar was awful. Like cardboard. Food at the beach bar is much better than anywhere else. The room had out dates furniture. The bar staff needs to be friendlier and the cocktails aren’t well made. However, beer was really nice.

  : We stayed at this hotel at the end of my trip, after being to Taksim area, Istanbul, and Kaleici Old Town, Antalya, and this was a completely different vibe. Stayed from 26th to 29th Jun. I think the hotel is more suited for parents with young kids and also senior persons who were happy to lounge at the pool and have their meals at set times. They do offer entertainment and the hotel itself is fine, though I don't see it as a 5 star hotel as the decor is dated. If you are looking for nightlife and being out and about, then this is not a suitable option. There is not a lot to see in the surrounding area besides more opulent, all inclusive hotels. You would have to travel out of this area for more scenic and vibey places, which negates the idea of being at an all inclusive hotel. Although not a bad experience, it was a bit disappointing and boring compared to Old Town Kaleici and a bustling Istanbul.

  : the first day had used robe and sticky floors but was cleaned the next day after letting the cleaners know.

  : - Breakfast was good. - Large variety of food. - Unlimited drinks. - A pool table. - Heated indoor pool. - Lobby area was pretty. - Location was close to the beach. - They have entertainment in the evenings and exercise classes in the mornings that you can join. - The view from our room was beautiful.- Our room had a jet jacuzzi bath which made up for the one in the swimming pool not working. - Toilets have a bidet. - Good location if staying in Lara and/or resort only.
  : - Staff spoke little to no English despite it being an international 5-star hotel. Hotel guests are usually from other countries, so English should be expected as a bare minimum. This resulted in a lot of miscommunication and frustration.- Despite the large variety, dinner was very bland. - The spa prices were expensive. I paid €75 for an hour massage, and the masseuse didn’t speak English, so he didn’t understand when I explained that he was being too harsh and it was painful, resulting in a very horrible massage experience.- We had to call and ask for bathrobes five times until they finally gave them to us. - I don’t think the staff is intentionally incompetent. There is obviously a communication barrier resulting in a negative experience. - I wouldn’t say this is a 5-star hotel.- The reception staff were always moody, and the lady at the spa reception was very rude and treated us like an inconvenience. I don’t think this hotel deserves to be called 5* as my experience certainly wasn’t that. Guests want a pleasant experience, and we didn’t get this here. I think the staff should improve their customer service as it is seriously lacking.- Also, for those who aren’t aware, this hotel is not in Antalya, and you’d need to travel around 30 mins by taxi if you want to go into Antalya. A few of the facilities in the spa centre were broken/ under repair.
