  : Staff (Stephanie) was very helpful and courteous. Greeted us with a smile and friendly hello and quickly resolved a problem with our key.
  : WEATHER!!!! But that wasn't your fault.

  : Room was clean, though the odor of disinfectant only lessened after we kept the door and window open for more than an hour. The woman at the front desk was friendly. The beds were long enough for tall people. Because there was an efficiency kitchen area, we had plenty of counter space to lay out our stuff .
  : It's the little things: No tissues, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. The beds had foam mattresses that were flattened on the sides usually used by people {Easy temporary fix would be to turn the mattresses around or over from time to time. I was nice that there was a breakfast provided, but it was bare bones. There were waffles, but no butter to give them flavor. The only other choice was cold cereal. There was a kitchen, but no dishes, pans, silverware or anything that would make it possible to prepare even a simple meal.

  : The motel was conveniently located off I-5. Although the room was small, it had a cooktop and a refrigerator.
  : The bathtub plug was missing, and the room was rather cramped.
