: Communication with the host was bad, the apartment was not cleaned when we arrived and took us 4 hours to get a crew to clean it up. Not enough soap or toilet paper. Sunbeds broken and uncomfortable. Only one set of towels for the whole stay. If I had wanted an Air B'n B I would have booked one but I was not looking for that. Would not recommend and will never return.

: The Charming Penthouse is in a lovely location, close to the beach with plenty of restaurants around. The Tram stop is only 5 minutes down the road making it easy to get into the main Town of Alicante, El Campello or Benidorm. The flat has air conditioning and WiFi and the beds were very comfortable. The roof Terrace gets the sun all day which was a lovely bonus. The washing machine and dishwasher was also a nice touch and made life easier. Lovely shower and bathrooms.
: The down side to this apartment was the furniture on the sun terrace, unfortunately it no longer looks like the advertised pictures, the table is wonky and looks worn due to sun damage and the parasol/umbrella is damaged and no longer sits on the poles so didnt create any shade. Additionally there was only 2 mugs/cups in the kitchen and as there was 3 of us this was a problem however I went and purchached a mug from the local supermarket so wasnt to much of an issue in the end.

: The apartment is well located, close to the beach
: The apartment was dirty, a lot of dog hair, an unwashed oven and a shelf in the bathroom. Cleaning only what you can see at first glance. The equipment is old, the fridge was broken, it was repaired after 2 days, but we were afraid that it would break again because it made unpleasant noises. The rooftop terrace is a hoax, totally different from the pictures! We made the decision based on the photos. There is no shade there because the umbrella is broken. The grill is disassembled. The loungers are badly damaged. Despite the requests, the owners do not want to do anything about it.
