  : Location. But otherwise would rather drive an additional 30-45minutes to avoid this experience of service or property.
  : Evening/Night staff was either hard to get a hold of, and in another time, unavailable completely. Upon check in, I had to search for staff. After returning in the second evening to find that our room was not serviced, we looked for staff to replace towels and get additional toilet paper, but no one came or was available at all, so we had to use napkins from the coffee station.The room’s coffee maker was dirty, and the coffee packages were opened with missing items… Shower was absolutely filthy. We showered with sandals to avoid the pink grime of the floor and tried to avoid touching the walls which initially had wads/clusters of hair from prior guests. When I brought the hair to the staff’s attention, they didn’t change rooms for us, only had house keeping wipe down the wall.

  : Location was great, & the room was clean.
  : You could hear everything from the outside parking area. We had a water leak coming in from under the wall from outside after a heavy rain. I had a spring poking through on my mattress down at the foot of my bed! There was no fresh coffee in the morning, only an instant coffee machine and very limited grab and go breakfast area with no staff. For $250+, it was very disappointing

  : The pool was lovely and had that to myself. 8
  : The light switch in Bathroom was completely dirty. We did not get a do not disturb sign. The lamp on the nightstand was broken and scratched. The neighbor room people were in the speakerphone right outside my door @23⁰ am speaking loudly and keeping me awake. There were flys in the room. The air-conditioning was barely keeping the room cool.
