  : The Bed was comfortable, I liked that they offered free breakfast, the room itself was nice for this area.
  : The ice machines were broken on every floor, so we were asked to scoop ice out of a large bin they had rolled into the buisness center. The ice bin was covered by a bed sheet? We reserved a room quoted to have a balcony which I assumed meant a ground floor room that walked out to the pool. We not only didn't get a "balcony room" but upon asking about such a room I was told they have no such thing on this side of the property, they clearly do as I have witnessed guests entering the pool area via there balcony rooms ground level. I was quoted a price of 134 a night for the cost of the room, I was charged 149 per night. After pulling up a reservation quoting the price she would not honor it because the invoice email did not break down the cost per night for just the room before taxes. The few dollars difference in what I booked and what I got is less about the money and more about the overall lack of accommodation, and commitment to honor a reserved price. The second night I visited the front desk to request eating utensils for some food that we picked up and the girl told me she had none behind the desk, this hotel offers room service and has a full restaurant 30 yards away. We visited the pool on a day where it was high 80s and the pool temp had to be no warmer then 60 degrees, several guests complained about the water temp while we were there. Overall I really have enjoyed this hotel in the past, it has all the makings of being a lovely stay when all things go as expected. Prices incorrect, rooms incorrect, hotel equipment not functioning, and check in assistants who would prefer to stay seated rather then assist in a request has made this visit less then the amazing time I expected to have. I will have to look at my options next time I book in Burlington which is a shame.
