  : The room was fine, roughly what expected.
  : There was not even bedsheet to cover yourself at night. Communication was very poor. I was lucky enough there was a neighbour who helped me and called the owner so i could be told how to get in, otherwise i would've ended up sleeping outside. No communication how to get in at all!

  : Absolutely nothing ! Not even the location
  : They have signs saying that its an extra 10 to use the washing machine, 10 to use the stove top and 10 to use the furnace per day, what are you actually paying for then ? None of this is in the description either. The rooms smells like a wet dog. Communication is poor and disgusting, not a warm environment at all. There isnt even a proper shower, its just a shower hose in the bathroom next to the toilet and the whole bathroom gets wet causing a MAJOR slip hazard and its a shared bathroom between 3 rooms. Was there for 2 days and only had 1 warm shower, rest was cold. 1 toilet roll provided as well between 3 bedrooms so we had to go and buy more ourselves The bed is super springy and hard, not comfortable what so ever. Wifi didnt work. Really not the type to complain like this but figured I would save as many people as I can, this owner is crazy ! When I complained to the owner, they turned around and said be grateful you dont have to pay for sheets and towels and you have used all the hot water, we have seen you on the camera, what do you expect and if I dont follow the internal rules she will notify booking.com. How did I use all the hot water when there was none ??? And watching us on the camera, seriously ? Customer service is disgusting, extremely disappointed and pissed off ! DO NOT STAY HERE ! Spend the extra money and stay somewhere nicer and more welcoming, trust me.

  : Communication from owner poor. When I asked for directions was told "Google it!". Many poor reviews. Decided to cancel and lost my money. Not recommended.
