  : I liked the location and the staff. You can quickly access it from freeway and lots of places around the hotel to do things. The staff were very friendly and helpful-bringing extra pillows when needed or offering free refreshments throughout the stay.
  : The price we paid for what we got did not match up. The room's furniture was very uncomfortable and stiff. The pillows only came in one kind- flimsy. So if you like firm pillows bring your own-which for the price we paid I thought we would have more things. There isn't even a soap dispenser in the room-just a bar of soap. It didn't feel luxurious, rather it felt like I have when I have stayed at a Holiday Inn (nothing wrong with that, just a different level of expectations when you get a suite at this hotel). Our view if you can call that a view looked directly (10' away) from someone's bedroom in a condo. The breakfast was the worst of any breakfast at a hotel I have ever seen. My husband who usually eats a lot didn't even have anything.

  : The included valet service was quick and very useful to have. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is across the street from a super market, pharmacy, coffee shop, etc. It is also nearby freeways and tourist spots. The rooms were very clean and adorned with beautifully decorated furniture and modern bathroom arrangements. The staff were very considerate and polite to our needs.
  : Due to its location, you are not likely to have a good view from your room. Aside from the convenience stores across the hotel, it is mainly surrounded by apartment complexes and construction sites. The complimentary continental breakfast is also very limited in selection, even if it is good quality, as it mainly comprises of bagels and fruit and makes it difficult to accommodate for younger guests. The rooms are also not equally furnished. A second room I had booked had a newer clear door fridge whereas the first room I resided had an economic minifridge that didn't keep things cold very well.

  : Hotel is on a super location to explore LA. Great room, complementary services like valet parking, unlimited water bottles and breakfast. As all is included in the price the price is better value than it seems. Great location if you are travelling with your rental car.

  : The comp breakfast is a joke...just bagels and some sweet bread and coffee and a toaster that was painfully slow. The room service was great and on time, but the upcharge was over 40% before tip and that took me by surprise. And there were some unresolved maintenence issues in the room. Doesn't feel like a good value for what you pay.
