  : It's a lovely facility. Very nice breakfast offering. Parking was well lit and convenient, as was getting to the room from the outside.
  : They were not ready for guests at check in. There were computer issues. Our rooms were still being cleaned when we arrived. The blankets that were offered in the chest did not smell nice. They smelled stale and unclean.Our second room apparently lost AC before our daughter arrived around 1O:00 PM. There were frantic calls being made to numerous hotels to find them an off-site room. It took over for 40 minutes. They were located about 15 minutes away. We did get room credit or any compensation for our inconvenience, other than the second roomb paid for. We were understanding, however, and would have appreciated some acknowledgement. We weren't able to be under one roof as we had intended.

  : Beautiful heritage property with nice grounds
  : Downgraded our room (had booked a deluxe king room) to a very small queen room - yet did not offer any compensation. Only offer was for something in the restaurant but we had plans. Terrible service. Also did not tell us about the downgrade - we went to the room, saw the small bed and had to go back to the front desk ourselves.

  : What an amazing location it felt like we were staying in the museum!
  : Breakfast was included, but was mediocre at best. I do have to say the restaurant on site was amazing and I really enjoyed it.

  : Nice hotel. Nice rooms except our curtain was hanging off the wall. Broken ice maker on our floor. Was not told BOTH hotel restaurant/bar were closed all day. Reservation was supposed to include $25 voucher for restaurants for each of our two rooms. Did not receive them as restaurants were closed. Only chose this hotel because of the restaurant/bar photos.
  : No open restaurants of food/drink on site. No ice maker working on floor.

  : The architecture and the building itself was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were set up well.
  : Went to breakfast at 9:30 and there was only sourdough toast and an overcooked frittata left. Breakfast was till 10:00am so for the price of the stay it should have been better stocked. Was told by staff that what was out was all that was left.
