  : The customer service representative at the hotel was lovely.
  : The hotel was closed for guests. We were moved to another hotel. I received a message from the hotel about 5 hours before we had to leave saying call the front desk. I spent over one hour trying to contact the hotel the phone just rang. We travelled to the hotel which looked like a disaster. No signage, outdoor pool area ( which was a huge factor in our decision to book this hotel) was empty with dirty laundry hanging all over the fence. When I entered the lobby there were people everywhere the woman at the front desk (who was lovely) informed me that the hotel had moved us to another hotel down the road. It turns out the phone lines were down (why I couldnt call the desk) the hotel had become a shelter and they had a water main break). We were sent on our way to the Comfort Inn. It doesnt get better
