  : We needed to be close to airport, and have a shuttle. The staff was super, we turned in rental car and they picked us and then took us to airport in time for our flight. It was a great experience.

  : Comfortable bed, quiet even though close to the airport staff were pleasant helpful
  : A product used perhaps for cleaning had a strong lingering cloying heavy sweet smell the caused headaches and the necessity of leaving the bathroom and AC fans on as much as possible. The sink was not cleaned during our stay but the room was generally clean although the curtains needed to be laundered.

  : I booked here for east airport access and parking. I called hotel before I booked to check I could leave my car there for the night I was away. I secured the booking with a personal card to pay at the property with my business card but as I arrived just after 2am I was told they had to process the payment on my personal card or I would have been a no show. No where does it state that you need to arrive before 2am or that the day ends at 2 am. Then I was told I couldnt leave my car as the room was already paid. so I had to beg themto do something or I would have to go elsewhere so they charged me $40 for the extra night parking which is way more expensive than parking elsewhere . I would not book again here for this reason. Also my non smoking room stank of cigarettes

  : Not really anything except that Anchor Bar Wing Restaurant was right next door! So, we went and had wings to try and make the best of a poorly handled situation by the hotel and their management.
  : The hotel staff lied to us three days before and said there was an emergency situation at the Best Western and needed to move us to La Quinta. They also said there was no airport shuttle at all anymore even though it was advertised when we made the booking. The staff at La Quinta did not have us in their system and the room they had was supposedly the only one available - we were exhausted and had to crash there. The room had no carpet, no queen beds as advertised, no working sprinkler system or fire alarms (not to code), smelled like smoke and animal pee, bathroom was filthy and had hair balls on the floor and the wall paper was stapled on in between dead bugs. We avoided breakfast out of fear from the lack of clean everywhere. I take no joy in writing this review. We did call Booking customer service to try to get some help and are waiting for a response. Everything in the advertisement on Booking was NOT what we got. Next trip to Buffalo town we will avoid any hotel/motel owned by this company because they LIE to the public. Fix your listing it is NOT REAL.
