  : The location was good for what we needed. The area was quiet and there were just enough restaurants and small stores to get what we needed. The hotel was quiet at night.
  : Some of the hotel still needs a bit of updating. The bed was hard as a rock.

  : It is an older property. The door to our room did not close properly and the shower only offered luke warm water for the second shower.

  : The room was clean and obviously newly renovated.
  : The owner called and flipped out on me bdca he tried to charge us before we even got there. I tried to explain that I will be using my credit card to pay when we check in and he yelled at me that our rooms were cancelled and hung up. I called back and spoke to the manager (which I believe was the same guy) and he fixed the reservations. I have never had anyone act like this guy did. He also claimed it was their policy to charge you early yet he couldn’t provide such a policy in writing, meanwhile I had the Red Roof policy and the policy on my confirmation that nothing would be charged until we checked in. This was an hour before showing up to the hotel. The beds were hard as a rock, the key entry back door didn’t lock and the ice machine was empty.

  : Dirty , pee stains on my bed cover made a complaint the lady said “you should’ve called us when you checked in” and i explained that we only saw it when we were fixing the bed . Rude staff even on the phone while i was calling for a question she was rude when i checked in and their keycard if you keep it close to your phone it’ll demagnify and after the second time she had to fix our keys she told us she won’t do it again for us and that’ll we’ll just have. no key.

  : By far the worst front desk staff I have ever encountered. She wanted to charge us a $60 deposit and would only take cash. We stayed at the motel 2 weeks prior and the gentleman at the front desk charged us $50 and said a credit card was no problem. I asked why the deposit had to be in cash this time and she told me we left the room filthy last time. I was speechless. I asked her what exactly she was referring too? I also told her she must have us confused our room with someone else’s. Especially since our. $50 deposit was refunded a day after we checked out. She then started going on and on about a cat piss smell. And said to me ‘you have an animal right?’. I said yes, we have a dog. Continued to be ignorant, but told me I could use my card now for the deposit. We didn’t have any other option at that point because if we did we would have left right then and there. I would NEVER go back. I am still in shock. I assume she is a family member of the motel owners. It was disgraceful.
