  : The pools were clean. Rooms and kitchen area were big.
  : Pools closed at 9pm. Hot springs were closed. Alot of the other people ( not staff) were rude. I didn't feel comfortable. So we didn't stay long in the pool area.

  : Great location and a beautiful setting. Liked the variety of pools with varying degrees of temperature.
  : The resort is not super walking friendly. Sometimes had to drive to different pools. But perhaps my biggest gripe was lack of shade options at the infinity pool and the lack of enforcement that that pool be 16 years or older. Some umbrellas would've been great!

  : Staff member who checked us in was rude. I booked with a pet. When we got there she tries to tell me they don’t accept pets, when I clearly put in we were traveling with a pet and they came up as a pet friendly resort. Then she tried to tell me I booked the wrong room. They did let us stay but charged an extra 120$ for the dog. If you’re not pet friendly, state that.

  : False advertising. The “hot springs” are no longer hot. Meaning dead springs. Nowhere did they mention this in their listing. Strike one. Spa services was also very limited. Could not get an appointment which negated the allure of this place. Strike two. They put in the cliff side cabins, which could not get WiFi signal and felt more like a roadside motel than a luxury resort that we paid a premium for. Strike three.

  : I liked the location of the rooms.
  : The property is NOT pet friendly. It’s listed as such but my dogs wasn’t allowed anywhere except walking outside and in my room basically. She barked for a few minutes because she was in a strange place and that was a problem so I couldn’t even leave my room or enjoy the hot springs. The WiFi doesn’t work. At all. And there is no cell service. I had a staff member text me about fixing someone’s broken toilet, this text was obviously not meant for me. The whole hotel seemed very disorganized. When I arrived they said they didn’t see that I had a pet even though I booked my hotel stay with that included. Proceeded to tell me they had no more pet friendly rooms and wanted to charge me $120 for the pet fee. This was lowered to $60 as they said at the front desk but I was charged $84 and the girl at the front said it was for taxes?? $24 in taxes?? I would not recommend staying here. It is not worth the money and definitely not if you have a pet.

  : The flowers and grounds are amazing The restaurant has great views, good staff, and great food The pools were very warm and clean
  : The rooms are horrible. If you’re not across the street nowhere near where you need to be, you’re in the lodge which shouldn’t even be offering rooms. We were put with an outside view of the garbage with men slamming crap in the dumpsters all day and night.

  : Loved the location, the cleanliness of the room, ease of getting towels at the pools, and each staff member we encountered was beyond friendly.
  : There need to be stairs for those staying in the Creekside Cabins to get to the upper pools. Walking along the highway is very unsafe. After walking along the highway the first time, the next time we saw a worn path along the hillside…perfect place for stairs.Super disappointed in the hours of the upper pools. When you can’t check in until 4, and the upper pools close at 5, that’s not conducive to guests who are paying a lot of money for those nice pools.
