  : The bed pillows had hair on them. The shower had red hair in it. It was not cleaned properly.

  : $100 deposit thats not mentioned at all. Opted for pay at location but. They charged my card anyways around 12 noon . Why give option if your going to charge it ?? Bed was super lumpy and pillows are flat, bring your own.

  : I dont like how when I first got there their systems were all down. So they gave us a random room, walked into a dirty room. Worst part was the bedbugs that were hanging on the bed and pillows clearly visible and a lot of them. And I still havent got my refund that it well deserved.

  : A person knock on our door very early. Then realize it wasnt the room his looking for

  : The rooms smell very bad, they dont have enough towels, and they took it off every day, and we have to ask for more. They didnt clean the room but they come in just to take the towels .They didnt give me back my deposit because I paid with card, but never told me abou that. The mattresses were broken, it was very uncomfortable.

  : Nothing really . Only that it was close to a lot of sites I went to.
  : The receptionist didn't know what she was doing . I asked her if I can put cash deposit , she said yes . ONE minute later she said charged my card and said Oh it automatically takes it out . Right after she said yes I can put cash deposit. We always had to ask for towels , they never made the beds but 1 time never replaced the empty tissue box that ran out the first day we were there .

  : I thought because its a best western hotel me an my kids would have a comfortable clean stay instead we seen baby cockroaches 2 in the bed and a few crawling in the bathroom an walls by the TV also the channels on the tv is very limited u only get 2 channels the rest have no signal floor isnt mopped at all they rent to drug addicts so be prepared to be kept up all night from banging and fighting the front desk once again dont do anything to keep his residence quiet an peaceful
  : Cockroaches in my room along with no channel options on the tv it is very limited my kids was stuck watching a news channel front desk denied me a refund an forced us to sleep in this unsanitary environment please mop an clean these rooms better they rent to drug addicts so be prepared to be kept up all night from banging and fighting the front desk once again dont do anything to keep his residence quiet an peaceful
