  : 3 days before departure, I received a message on booking and WhatsApp that a pipe had exploded in the apartment and they were asking me to cancel the reservation. in this case it should not be me who makes the cancellation. after starting the conversation, I said I am expecting another apartment, Owner was told that all the others were already occupied and they could recommend something similar to me. I didn't like this solution, so I said I would report the problem to the booking support, he was told not to do it and the support wouldn't help me. I knew immediately that something bad was happening. I said that I was reporting the problem officially and I would not contact the owner privately. While talking to the booking support, I suddenly received a message that the same apartment had been found in the same building. what a coincidence. Booking was also informed about this and confirmed that.I consider it suspicious behavior that the pipe suddenly bursts, I have to cancel the reservation myself, there are no available apartments, but when I say that I am reporting the matter to booking, the apartment appeared.there were a lot of the owner's things in the apartment. I felt like I was someone's guest and not renting an apartment
