  : Beautiful old building right in the center of Old Town
  : - Steam iron was not working, hair dryer was missing (both had to be in place, according to request) - Internet connection is bad and works only in one room (but I guess this is how it works in old building) - No paper towels, and toilet paper just 1 roll for 1 week stay - After rain there was a big puddle in hallway - EXTREMELY noisy at night, since there is Karaoke bar right next to this place and live music until 2:00 AM

  : The location and the comfy beds.They allow us to check in earlier than their check in policy which I highly appreciate.
  : The living room was full of freshly cut black hair (probably nose hair), we had to clean it on our own.The sofa in the living room can't be worst when it comes to comfort. There was a small Christmas Tree in the living room in the month of June. The toilet leaks from everywjere and thewater is always on the floor no matter how often you wipe it. Tbe shower tub's door was broken and felt once, so I had to fix it in case not to fall again.The owner didn't contact us at any time during the stay. He sent a lady to give us the key, we gave her the money and the only thing that we know aboit him is that his name is Mirko. He never asked us during our 4 days in his apartment if we need anything nor supplied us with a toilet paper.

  : The owner was super nice and very responsive to queries. The living room was nice and location was very good and easy to find. The cleaning service had not provided toilet paper and the owner was super quick in addressing the issue.
  : The shower needed renovation, door was broken and wouldn't close so the whole floor was wet.The shower head could not be placed on the handle high which meant showering itself was uncomfortable.The number which we were initially directed to contact was an agency which was essentially useless and only one we got through to owner it was helpful to actually get access to the flatThe cleaning and maintenance needs lots of work. There was even toilet paper missing but the owner was super quick to address.
