  : Amazing location and view, a bit hard to get to because it is located on a hill, but the view it's amazing, so worth it all the way.
  : Difficult to find parking space around the building, you might think that it's not a big deal to walk, but the building it's on quiet steep hill.Not quiet spotlessNot so comfy pillowsI can live with all of the above, but during our stay 3 nights out of 6 we had very bad neighbours. I know, the majority of the apartments are for holiday rental, but my gosh they were noisy people till 4am.All in all, i recommend it !!

  : I cannot see any reason why someone would book this apartment other than because of the view, which is BTW, not as great as in the pictures, considering the sea is partially covered by another building; not very well equipped kitchen (but a lot of plastic, hello sustanability! Don't get fooled by the pictures: when you arrive, everything looks new and nice, but the reality won't take long before striking
  : Kitchen: what's the meaning of having a oven if you have only the grilling baking trail, no oven mitten, no tools to take out the food from the oven? There wasn't even a dish towel, we had to use a bath towel; the dishwashing soap was from some other guest, since the texts were in Romanian; the electric blind in the living room didn't work = full daylight; bedroom: the closet door was broken = closet always open, the dark curtains cover less than 1/2 window = full daylight in the morning; bathroom: dirty towels with darker spots; awful sewer stench coming up in the evening, you could smell it even with the door closed; the washing machine lacked the knob, so you either have time to try all the programs, or get ready to wash your clothes with a totally random program; no toiletries except handwashing liquid. AC only in the living room, with sunlight in the bedroom the whole afternoon, a small window and +40 degrees... seriously? The closest "beach" is absolutely the worst I've seen in Montenegro, the water had an horrible color and you will get much better traveling just 10 minutes by car to Sveti Stefan. Being owned by an agency, they won't even bother to be welcoming or caring about feedbacks; for the price we paid, that was a robbery

  : I had time to observe this "amazing view", when I was washing sticky floor with some rest of a food from the previous guests, or when I was washing disgusting smelly fridge or when we didn't have Wi-Fi.
  : - CASH ONLY. Be aware, that property will ask you to pay in cash, no matter what is on booking.com- No toiletries. I don't mind it actually but it shouldn't be even mentioned in the description (left some for the next guests).- Blinders are broken and can't be opened completely (remember the amazing view;)).- Fridge smells like canalisation.- There was someone's food on a floor and in general floor is extremely dirty (a street outside is more clean than in apartment, no jokes). - Shower is broken and the bathroom stinks a lot, so all the time keep closed door and turned on ventilator.- Broken washing machine main button for choosing mode.- Broken wardrobe doors.- All pillows and blankets have never seen laundry, so you can see someone's lipstick or makeup and smell food.- No TV (I mentioned two times - no reaction from the owner).- No Wi-Fi (be ready to wait for the new router, when they will buy new one).- Owner of the property is on purpose not picking up his phone, when something will be needed from him. - Someone's food in the pot .- Russian neighbors live permanently.- You will not walk from beach to hotel but climb on a mountain 10 min.I travel a lot and I have quite good rating on booking.com, usually I'm staying in budget places and my most frequent rate is 10, because of money/quality. This apartment definitely surprised me as it's very much overrated. The real rate is max 5 (where -1 for terrible dirt, -1 for no Wi-Fi, -1 for big amount of broken stuff, -1 for not corresponding description: no toiletries, missing info about crazy climbing, -1 for the ignorance during communication with the owner, so 10 - 5 = 5).
