  : The location, the peacefulness and good facilities
  : Beds and pillows were so uncomfortable, they really need replacing, as if you dont get a good nights sleep, it spoils the next day.

  : The cottage is very nice, with a lovely conservatory and garden. It is not too far away from many good locations on the coast with great walks. Bude nearby is a great place to shop. There is quite a lot of space. We had a problem with hot water and the issue was sorted within the day so good service.
  : Overall, it was clean in terms of the amenities i.e. kitchen, bathroom, sheets, towels, etc. but there were a couple of cobwebs left in the corner of the upstairs bedroom. It is an old house so it might explain a bit. The place is located within two farms so obviously being the countryside, the animals can be a bit noisy at times. At the same time, it was also very quiet and peaceful most of the time but some people may take this into consideration.

  : Couldve been cleaner. Windows very dirty and one cracked downstairs. Conservatory roof leaked in the rain and floor tiles broken going from lounge to conservatory which were taped down

  : It was a lovely little cottage. My little girls loved seeing sheep and cows from the cottage. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. They even left a small milk in the fridge. It was our first visit to Cornwall and we will definitely come back. Thank you for our lovely stay at Barn Cottage.
  : The living room heater wasnt working. Also heaters stopped working at night 2ish so we had to go down to turn the switch on again as it got too cold. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

  : Nice view of the cows from the conservatory. Big spaces. Kitchen with everything you need. Very good showers.
  : Cleaning was ok but could be easily improved. In the kitchen, the oven needed a very good brush. Also the overall property would use a bit of maintenance.
