: It's a complete apartment (flat)! It has everything for a living not just vacation :-) Host is more than available, responding in a matter of minutes. Location is superb, and private garage is an extra bonus!Neighborhood is extremely quiet.

: This little apartment is like swiss knife or handy multi-tool:) It's rather tiny in size but it's made in a very smart way and packed with everything you might need. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with all potentially required accessories and appliances (coffee machines, toasters, washing machine, ironing stuff...) There was enough space for couple with two kids. Location is great as a starting spot for city exploration, thanks to great public transport it's very convenient to move around Budapest. Provided underground parking is great feature as you don't need to hassle for parking spot but bear in mind that is suitable for cars lower than 1,9-2,0m.
: It is not a minus but if you search for great views outside of window than this is not a place for you :) Windows goes out to the internal courtyard so basically you will keep your blinds closed all the time, but thanks to that it's fairly quiet even the building is just next to pretty busy road.

: this is the second time we have stayed in the facility. We are very satisfied because they also have a garage for cars, the store is close by and transportation is just down the street.the prices have increased a lot, but that has nothing to do with the hosts.

: The suite was very clean, and contained everything we needed during our stay. Bed was comfortable, there was hot water for shower, and the door was secure (a second door and double lock). It is not located in the tourist centre of Budapest, but is very well-served with public transport (regular buses and metro is nearby too). It is also possible to walk to the city centre (20-30 min). There are several supermarkets in the vicinity and it is a short walk to goods bars and restaurants. There is a big park in 10-15 min walking distance - where one of the famous thermal baths are located. It is a good place to go for running as well. There were several tourist guides and tips and recommendation booklets in the apartment.
: Nothing major really, only that parking is not located in the building - it is only 2 minutes walk though and is quite safe (with watchman and CCTV). The building (and other buildings in the neighbourhood) is a bit old and not well-maintained, although the apartment itself is renovated and is in very good condition. That made us a bit shocked / worried on arrival.
