  : location is good. communication was good with owner.
  : It wasnt as nice as it looks in the photos at all. it was dirty! was long black hairs all over the apartment and very dusty as well. dining table and chair covers were very dirty too. didnt feel like sitting there and eat our breakfast. I had to clean the bath myself to put my children in it. after we let the water go the other bathroom become very smelly like a sewage smell and stayed all night and day. was disgusting! internet didnt work at all. tv remote didnt work either. had to stand up to change Chanel. sofa was dirty too. wouldnt stay there again! not recommended.

  : The only positive things were the location and the space in the appartement.
  : A day before we arrived we got a link to pay. I never had to pay through a link on booking. I was really afraid to pay through the link because there are a lot of people who got scammed in this way. I did not understand why they didnt just took the money of my Mastercard, just like all the other apartments.But it was a day before arrival so I had to use the link because otherwise we wouldnt have a place to sleep. So I payed through the link. The next day we called the owner of the appartment to ask if they got the money. The owner told us they didnt got any money. Theyve sent me a new link to repay. I was afraid to pay two times but as i said, we didnt had much time as we were already arrived to budapest.The second time I screenrecorded the payement to prove I paid. And I sent it to the owner. Then I called the owner and this phonecall I will never forget. The owner said that we were playing a GAME and she would call the police and that we had to leave the appartement right now. My friends and I were shocked. Weve never had such an experience in our lives. We felt like criminals. We already tried to pay twice through the link and even screenrecorded it.The owner was screaming at the phone. We really felt so small. we just wanted to pay Then we asked if we could pay in cash. The owner said she would sent someone the get the money RIGHT NOW. We ran to the bank and payed the man.After that we thought everything would be ok, but no. The appartement was really dirty. There was chips on the floor. The first day there was NO WARM water. My friends were getting mad at me for choosing Such bad appartment. One friend has a asthma attack because of the bad air in the appartment.3 of the 7 friends got health issues during our stay in the appartment. We just know we got sick in that appartment. The mattresses were really thin. We all had back pain.I already booked 16 appartments around the world with booking.com. But Ive never had such bad of an experience.

  : WiFi wasn't working and someone came within 20 minutes with an alternative. We couldn't get connected to the alternative either, but they get an A for effort.

  : Great location, all landmarks within walking distance, parking in the same building (underground parking lot), nice and clean appartment although it could get some renovation...
  : Actually, we ended up in a different appartment due to the boiler leakage... The owner offered us an alternative accomodation which was allright but a little lower standard We were ok with it since we got discount from the price of the parking. Another think was poor quality of the balcony window - we heard all the noise from the street during the night and could hardly sleep.
