  : 3 large bedrooms, each with a double bed, 2 of which have air conditioning. 2 small bathrooms. The Astoria metro is 300m walk away. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, pubs and an excellent escape room nearby. The bed linen and doona is very comfortable and plenty of fresh towels are provided. Good size fridge, toaster, oven and dinnerware are provided. Bogi was lovely and checked us in, and showed us in detail how all the doors and locks work.
  : This place has heaps of potential, with a few fixes it could be great. It is quite dated, and as previous guests have mentioned the bathrooms smell. It seems to come from the drains. We all found the beds a bit uncomfortable as the mattresses are quite thin and foamy. We were recommended not to use the lift, so there were a lot of sets of stairs to climb. If stairs are an issue or if you’d have trouble carrying your luggage to the 4th floor I would not recommend. There is some noise at times from people leaving the nearby pubs but it shouldn’t be a problem unless you’re a light sleeper. There is a dishwasher and washing machine, but no washing powder or tablets are provided.

  : Nice comfortable place elevator was broken we had to go up a flight of six stairs flights of stairs not very good communication with the host we were told by the person who checked us in we could stay in until 1 o’clock for check out but at 10 o’clock the next morning we got a bang on the door from the cleaning service letting us know we had to leave they gave us an extra 30 minutes better communication needed for sure. I had booked through booking.com I checked it several times and I never had any correspondence also we were not given any instructions as to how to get into the building fortunately our cabdriver was able to make a call and then we were given the instructions

  : The location of the apartment was local to bars and restaurants with plenty in walking distance. They owner had left a leaflet with WiFi details and recommended places to visit, which was helpful. Other than the smell of the bathroom, all rooms were clean and presented very well. There were facilities for us to cater for ourselves, and washing appliances.
  : There was a complaint about noise and on a leaflet left in the apartment it said for noise to be monitored after 10pm we received a phone call at half 9 with the owner straight away threatening to call the police or us getting thrown out if another complaint was made. There was a constant smell from one of the bathrooms due to poor drainage, the guide when referencing this said "This toilet smells as I've done a poo." The smell was there for the full 5 days. There was a glass one of the balconies which had cigarettes from previous residents which had turned the glass black and smelt bad.
