  : Disgusting mattress, black mold, floors in the bathroom giving in and no stove, microwave or any other way to heat up food. Staff had the audacity to go into the room to turn off the heating while we were NOT there, even tho the place was freezing. Honestly feel utterly disgusted by the place! The bed was so tough it was easier to sleep on the floor, there wasnt a proper sheet to cover up pee and blood stains, just a thin sheet that didn't tuck in and would bunch up, so you would wake up face first in the smelly stain! The shower tiles were broken, which is an amazing way to cut up your feet, shower doors are wooden and water damaged, with big keyholes (no keys) which double as a perfect peephole while you're taking a shower. One of the bathrooms smells like pee and poop, to the point it makes you sick. The elevator is old, works on counter weights, and is scraping against the wall as it's going up or down. Probably a safety violation. The chewed up cables in front of the window didn't help either.

  : The landlord is not answering the phone. The whole place stinks. The toilet is leaking water. The bathroom ceiling is mouldy. The room had bedbugs.

  : The location is decent. Otherwise nothing.
  : I've stayed in some pretty dumpy places but I must say that this place exceeded all expectations. Broken door hinges and knobs, leaking and broken sinks, smell of garbage in kitchen, mold in ceiling corners. And that's just in the common areas and halls. In our room, not only was the door knob busted so that the door wouldn't stay closed properly, but the frame on one of the windows was broken, too, preventing it from closing properly. On top of that, the HEATER WAS BROKEN, forcing us to spend a freezing night in a room whose door and window wouldn't close. All of this might have been forgivable if the management was at all helpful, but unfortunately the place exceeded our worst expectations there as well. This is one of several "guesthouses" managed by the same company, and they clearly aren't up to the job, either because they are incapable or just don't care. To check in they force you to go to their main office, which is in a completely different neighborhood, where they make you sign some paperwork and give you the key. After that, unless you make the trip back to that office to demand to see someone in person, you will be completely alone (as we were) in dealing with whatever issues you run into at the apartment. We must have called their "office" number a million times when we got to our room and realized the heater was broken; they didn't answer the phone once. They only replied through booking, often rudely and sporadically. Ultimately we were forced to file a complaint with Booking.com itself, but they were little help. The management did finally send someone to fix the broken window, but they never fixed the heater. And of course they wouldn't give us a refund.Unless you're a masochist or completely broke, avoid this place at all costs.
