  : Location was central and convenient.
  : The night staff member came into my room unannounced when I was naked asking if I needed a towel. He had been asking me all day if I wanted him and trying to talk to me when I was alone. Said he got my phone number from my paperwork. And the hotel didn't even want to comp a room or give me a refund.

  : The parking sucked after you get back past a certain time at night. The breakfast could have been better.

  : The only positive thing about our stay was the next morning…. The older gentleman cleaning the pool. Indian guy who spoke no English.. but made an effort to communicate with my kids at the pool…. He has a big smile on his face when my boys were having fun at the pool…. But that’s about it. Unfortunately.
  : Every single “bad thing” mentioned in previous reviews were spot-on! Pillows being extra small, child-size… noise from the truckers idling across the parking lot… the receptionist running my card… only to ask for it again 5 min. Later because there was an error… to forgetting to hand me my DL back, she called me in my room to come down and get it…. Old school wardrobe for the TV… tv sitting very low, couldn’t watch TV while laying down.. had to sit up…. Our room had an iron.. but missing an ironing board…. The best parking spots right at the front, near our room.. were for EMPLOYEES ONLY! I ended up parking on the other side of the building and walked back.. when all those spots were empty. But there is a warning not to park there… or be towed.When I first walked in, there was a guy yelling at them because of a double charge or something like that…. The couple at the reception were very polite and took the yelling quite well I’d say…. Never lost their cool.I checked in @ 2pm and left to a family party,…. To return with my family to sleep in later. I decide to go up and give it a Quick Look… As I walk in the room, this old-sweat musky smell hit me across the face!!! It smelled rancid! I figured the rest of the rooms would be the same, so I didn’t complain. I went to Walmart and purchased a fabreze spray and empty out the can in there and left to my party. When my family and I arrived to sleep @ 11pm, thankfully the musky smell was very low.Reservation was for 4 people…. There were only 2 towels in the room… we had brought beach towels for the pool, so we managed with those.I moved the padded chair near the bed to rear my feet… which both arms had a thick layer of dried dirt/filth that had accumulated a very long time (as shown in the photo) when I moved it, I was surprised to see quite a few dead bugs and a lot of dust behind it.. that room hasn’t been deep-cleaned in a very long time.Pool: my wife and kids went over, a few min.

  : We asked for a non smoking room and it clearly had not been. The floor was dirty to the point that we wore our sandals and no bare feet. The bathroom fan sounded like a herd of elephants when it was turned on. There was a hole in the bathroom wall by the sink, the towel bar came off the wall when we took a towel off of it, the was damage to the toilet that made it look like there was poop in it all the time. The afternoon staff was interested in trying to help us and then turned off our key card the next day because "they weren't sure we were going to stay". Overall the whole experience left such a bad taste in our mouth that we checked out earlier than intended

  : Room was filthy, Kleenex box in bathroom had a note written on it demanding a tip, called front desk after midnight about guests using the pool and being OBNOXIOUSLY loud, had 3 people and only 2 towels

  : something broke there and they didn't see my reservation. the check-in lasted for an hour. Not at all what you need after a long trip
