  : not too clean. some parts broken in property. no kettle in the kitchen to make a cup of tea.

  : The location is great and the apartment is organised nicely.There are stores, restaurants, pharmacies and a bus stop pretty close to the villa.It was a quiet area at the time of our stay, there were almost no people or cars outside during the night.The Wi-Fi was great; the TV had limited channels, but that is not that big of a problem.The kitchen and bathroom were alright.
  : The walls are thin, and you can easily hear your neighbours. The doors, the ones inside and outside, need to be oiled, as they are extremely loud and often get stuck while trying to use them.The room was dirty during our stay: clumps of dust in all the corners, cobwebs, hair, crumbs on the floor.Had to stay up a whole night during our stay killing cockroaches that insisted on coming near our bed.After investigating for a while, found out they were coming from the bathroom, and that the area around the drain was not that clean. The crumbs in the room could also be a reason.Overall, the place should be cleaned thoroughly.

  : The location is really good. It's near the The Triumphal Arch. You can park outside the building.
  : When I arrived it wasn't cleaned before hand. There was hair and dust everywhere. Also it was infested with ants. It was just disgusting. Someone came by the room tomorrow, cleaned it, but the ants came out in the evening again. I only later saw there were other complaints of similar nature. Room 4.
