  : the bedroom and the bathroom are big and bright. it had been cleaned before I checked in. the towels and the bedding were nice. the girls at the reception are pleasant
  : horrible smell all around the property. no room service during 7 nights stay. not comfortable bed . no duvet on the bed( I found it in the wardrobe- duvet and duvet cover separate- and made it myself). leaking bathtub. cold

  : Good sized room & bath. In walking distance (up to 30 min) to many interest points.
  : Shower craftsmanship ... as during shower water was pouring out below door. Bath toiletry limited and of low range. Carpet could be softer and cleaner.

  : I was searching for a cheap and simple place to stay in Bucharest - and that's what I found in that place. I arrived in the middle of the night and also left in the middle of the night. No problem with that. The furniture were kinda new in my room. Also no problem receiving an invoice. Through the cameras it feels quite safe.
  : The matress could be better. You feel the springs. You hear everything from outsite/the street, which I didn't like much. Otherwise, it's cheap, simple, a very little room, but alright.

  : The staff was friendly but they spoke very little English and communication was hard. The room was very spacious and quite ideal for a family of 3 or a couple.
  : Cleaning was disappointing. Stands of hair were all over the bed sheets as well as the pillows. Spare sheets were asked from the staff and were changed by us (the guests). The staff hardly spoke English and I had to use Google translate to communicate but they were helpful to our requests nonetheless. The air-conditioning remote was missing and had not been replaced and the TV was unable to connect to Netflix. WiFi was not working in the morning. The area was chosen because it was close to a hospital but it was a very low area (in our 1 night visit we saw 4 junkies)

  : Very good coffee, very helpful service.
  : Our neighbour was smoking cigarettes 24/24 in room 301 what caused awful smell in our 302. Last level 3 has been habitated by service of hotel I think. Very loud screams, hitting doors at 6:00AM on Sunday. Breakfasts had been prepared just for us - the only guests. Narrow choice of food, no hot meal. Bathroom was in very bad technical condition.
