: Great locationNice, comfortable bedbig tv if you are into that.clean, quietyou could tell the owner really made an effortgood communication with the owner, even offered an earlier checkin. Toiletries in the bathroomEasy to check in and out
: Strong kind of chemical smell around the house and no mosquito nets at the windows (to keep them open all the time)Its an old block so there was a big cockroach on the second night, also a spider in the bathroom, which made me a little anxious (no problems on the first night)Bathroom could use some refurbishmentsThere was a nespresso machine in the photos (which is a big reason why we chose this apartment and we brought capsules), but in the property there was another type of machine, with cafe latte capsules (very bad taste and i also dont tolerate dairy well). This is a very personal complaint, sorry because the owner looks like he made an effortIn my opinion the rating is a little too highWithout the chemical smell and the cockroach i would have said good value for money

: Quiet apartment in an area where I needed to be for a couple of days. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The big-screen TV was a nice bonus, as well as the balcony. Parking was a breeze, just in the front of the building. Overall a good stay. I would go back and I would recommend the place.
: The place could be even better if it had a luggage rack for the suitcase and a few hangers for clothes. Also, the storage room smelled like cleaning products, and I could not hang my jacket in the only dedicated place for this.
