  : The room and bathroom are nice. Stuff is good. Food is ok. Location is good. The place itself looks good.
  : Well, when someone goes through the corridor - it's pretty noisy - so, insulation is't good enough. Water had some sulfur smell in it - maybe, they need to change the filters. There was also some low humming noise - either washing machine worked somewhere or what - but it was irritating.

  : The environment is great. Hotel surrounded by forest. Great pool on the territory. Nice welcoming stuff.

  : Location is good, close to park. Personal is polite, accurate and ready to help. Service is ok. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel are is nice, clean, car park is available.
  : No elevator, poor breakfast, poor anti-COVID masks for visitors, no help for baggage carry.

  : Bucha is beautiful and the grounds of the hotel are very nice. The breakfast was really yummy too.
  : There is lots to say here. First of all, if you are going to this hotel JUST for the swimming pool, be sure to go on a week day, because on the weekends the pool is PACKED with people from the community. Also - in case you missed it, you have to pay to use the pool in addition to your stay. On the Covid front, ZERO staff members were wearing masks. I am not exaggerating, I did not see ONE SINGLE person on staff wearing a mask. In fact, a cleaning person barged into our room without knocking right after we checked in and she had no mask on either (neither did we because we were in our room and she surprised us by just walking in). Additionally, we reserved a "basement" room since the whole point of our visit was the pool. Rest assured, there was no exaggeration when they wrote "basement." While everything down there appeared to be quite new, it was very poor quality and utilitarian. Our bathroom had a leak coming from the sink that resulted in brown water regularly pooling on the floor. I informed the staff about this multiple times, but all that was ever done was that someone was sent once to mop it up. Very gross. Lastly, every single staff member I interacted with was barely civil. No one appeared to enjoy working there and smiles were a rarity. Very disappointing visit.
