  : The staff was friendly and pleasant. The restaurant food is good. It was at first very salty, but we asked them to reduce the salt and everything was good.
  : Maybe it's a culture difference with expectations, but typically in any hotel or motel (at least in the US), they bring new towels every day, make the bed, clean the bathroom and make sure you have toilet paper and tissues. This occurred only once in 8 days when I was out of town for the weekend and I left the room unattended for 3 days. After that, there was no service to the room. We had to request towels, toilet paper, and water and not once did they come to the room to assist with anything unless we asked. Room service is advertised. We ordered breakfast and it didn't come at the time requested. We called and an hour later they said it was ready for us to come down to the restaurant when we had already asked twice for it to be brought to us (the night before and that morning). It finally arrived, uncovered, and the woman was coughing as she was bringing it down the hallway to our room.
