: I love the honor system, self service everything (don't like to interact with people when trying to relax), the beautiful deck overlooking the lake, amazing soaking tubs, wonderful location, and the European charm of the whole place.
: Pool was a bit outdated, really need wifi in rooms and bed could be more comfortable.

: The staff was super nice and accommodating. The patio and view was perfect.
: Our cabin needs MAJOR remodeling. When we first got there, I noticed there was food (burnt crumbs) on the stove, rust on everything, the shower never got hot..just barley warm. Carpet to vinyl transition pieces were lifted in several areas. You had to be careful not to stump your toe on it. Chipped paint everywhere. My husband and I spent the weekend for our 5th anniversary. I really wanted something special for our first kid free trip in 3 years and this definitely wasn’t it. It was okay..definitely not worth the money we spent.

: The hotel is overrated. The picture and hotel description is quite misleading. Given its premium price and pictures on hotel website, I thought that the two-bedroom suite I booked was equipped with a decent bathtub on the patio as shown in the picture of the hotel website. Instead, the two-bedroom suite has only one tiny bathroom with shower and bathtub combined together. Forget about soaking in the bathtub on the patio with beautiful view as shown in the hotel picture. Big disappointment!
