  : Location, easy in and out. Very quiet and secure. Well equipped kitchen.
  : Cold. The heating was off when we arrived; it was 18 degrees. The heat finally started to work the next morning, but was unreliable apparently to poorly programmed energy saving. The bathroom did not warm much even with enormous radiator.Thanks to stupid home. Whoops I mean smart home door lock, we were locked out the last day of our stay. Fortunately helpful Sweet Home employee was able to help fairly quickly.The hot water decided to be not heating the last evening of our stay. Fortunately when we got up the next morning, it had decided to be back to heating.The flat has the ever to be despised bar table and swivelling bar stools, which I absolutely hate.The shower is a dribble shower, not the most pleasant.The downstairs hallway lights do not always sense the presence of a human and fail to illuminate. The hallway is moonless night dark when the lights decide to save electricity.

  : It was large, clean and located centrally to what I wanted. There was a parking garage that was only a 2 minute walk to the apartment. It was a little hard to find the entrance originally because it is situated down a walkway and around the corner. Full size washer and dryer. Lots of TV stations as well as Netflix available. Lots of nearby restaurants and a grocery store.
  : My only complaints are that the kitchen was fully stocked with plates, bowls, utensils but there was no salt and pepper which would be an easy thing to supply. Also the water in the shower did not seem to get as hot as I would have liked.

  : Location, view, space fit for our trip, bed was good, staff very responsive and helpful. And really did their best to reconcile on all issues below. We stayed in waterloo 2 apartment.
  : Too many things were malfunctioning: heating and warm water on the very first day, electricity was badly connected ( turn the dishwasher on - light go off in the bathroom), terrible zoom from the ventilation. A hanger bij the door could be nice too.

  : The entry to the property is a little complicated.The air conditioned was too noisy.

  : It is spacious. The view off the balcony is stunning. Very well situated, close walk to metro and museums. Easy to get in and out with the door codes. Very comfortable, large beds and big pillows. Well equipped kitchen.
  : The stools around the kitchen table are very high. It would be nice if there was a couple lower chairs. I would have like to know about what to do with recycling. I would have appreciated a towel to dry dishes, as we did not use the dishwasher.

  : for summer time the apartment is a bit hot and has no air con and if you open the windows it is a little bit noisy
