  : Overall this apartment could not provide safe environment for us to stay! For paid 6 nights, we stayed there for only 2 terrible night and moved out in rush, and had to find another secure nearby hotel to stay for the next 4 nights. I made several calls an left many messages, but all with auto answering messages or useless replies without any action taken. The front and second doors were all broken, and nobody came to fix! A terrible experience worth everyone else to know and be shared with on my blog! This apartment is not secure and not worth to stay!

  : The apartment is spacious and was warm during a very cold spell. It's in a good location.
  : Apartment for 4 people but only a 2 seater settee. Only other seating is around the table. The two ensuite bedrooms don't have toilets and there is only one toilet in apartment. Description didn't make it clear that ensuites had no toilets. Some maintenance issues needing attention, lights & bathroom radiators not working. Showers are leaking and broken. Hand-held shower over bath is not good for this standard of accommodation. Probably the smallest, thinnest pillows I've ever seen!

  : Our room was a complete disaster. The boiler wouldn't work and was leaking and no matter how much we complained noone would come out ans fix it. The entire apartment had dead bug and marks everywhere! Lighting was efficient in the room. Absolute disgusting and disappointing. No hot water meant we couldn't shower! And kept getting told to be patient and someone will update for 5 days straight but we had no update AT ALL!

  : Location is great, near the metro and the apartment is big.
  : We booked this apartment because it has two separate bedrooms and a bed in the living room and there were three of us (business colleagues). But the bed in the living room wasnt made and there was no bedding for it. When we asked for it they wouldnt give it to us, even for an extra cost. The water pressure was practicaly non-existent. Almost impossible to take a shower. They told us that they will fix it (they didnt believe us until we send the video) and they informed us that we dont have to worry because it will be fixed - after we leave. Apartment is quite rough around the edges. You can see that it was quite nice in the past but it needs a refurbishment. And there was no toilet paper, we had to buy it ourselves.Staff answers to your messages but no help at all, they are useless.Location is great, but there are building works right across the street which would wake us up around 5am. Not smartflats fault but just a heads up.The main entrance from the street was broken - no need for the building code. And the stairs have a stench of piss.All in all a dissapointment, had a great experience with smartflats in the past (Schumman) but after this we probably wont ever rent from them again.

  : Great location and helpful having a lift. Wifi was good.
  : The property wasnt fully clean when we arrived and the lift didnt have a light/ smelt like urine.

  : I was informed about two hours before my check in that we would have to move to a different apartment than the one I had booked. The check in process was not smooth at all; the codes that were sent to me were not working and I had to reach out to the support team. The apartment was smelly with lots of shoddy repairs here and there, the bathroom light wasnt working, nor was the washing machine. The WC room was extremely small with a broken toilet lid, a complete joke
