Disappointing

  : The room was large and spacious, clean and personal greeting was a nice touch
  : I tried to order room service, I had been working all day, stuck in heavy traffic for 2hours I was not social, and had a very early flight in the morning. Room service never answered their phone and I tried over 8x. I had to go downstairs to ask the staff at the restaurant if I could order food I was hungry. I was met with extreme irritation, as the restaurant was busy serving everyone else, which seemed to me that anyone at the airport could come into the bar and restaurant to be served, which means guests are second class citizens. When I finally received my meal I had to ^pay a tariff for the room service which I didn't even get, half the food I ordered and paid for was missing when I called the conceige desk to request someone from the restaurant contact me the manager called and spoke to me like I was the problem... I mean paying 290euro for a room for a few hours and treated like that was in every sense of the word, SHOCKING.
