  : Nice, small and quiet, really friendly and helpful staff, good size room, comfortable bed.

  : Hotel location was reasonable, it is 25 -30 mins walk from Grand place and to Midi station. Nearest metro is 3-5mins walk from hotel. There are nice but expensive restaurants and cafe just next door and so does the town center. The view and Palace de justice is 10 mins walk away.
  : When I was booking it was showing that breakfast is included however when I reserved there was no information available to confirm that. When I checked the receipt it did not mention breakfast was included, which is very misleading. And it turned out be expensive option, compared to other options that I had. Room safe was not working and it was not fixed at the time of our stay. One of the staff member was bit rude. We could feel mattress springs so did not sleep well. Room air con was kept buzzing like mobile notification it took a while to know that it was not someone's mobile but air con. Overall experience was not pleasent.

  : Thief!!!! Don't go there the people that work there are thief!!! I have forgotten a 150$ bottle of Blanton Bourbon in the room and when I've called them 2 days later to noticed them the bottle *disappeared* so or the cleaning staff stole it or the reception staff did but for sure that bottle didn't got wings...... Plus the hotel is old, no usb plug, you can hear everything in the room next door, breakfast is ULTRA SUCKS and location is hard to get..... Go Hilton just down the street they are cheaper with way better quality over everything I've just mention plus I have forgotten my 5000$ Rolex there and never *disappeared*

  : very comfy bed in a nice city hotel! friendly staff, nice ambiance. very good breakfast with good variety. the location is fantastic with nearby great regional restos, good shopping and walking distance to tram to centre city.
