  : We spent little more than an hour at Dansaert after having booked a 4 night stay. After getting into our room, which was up and down several stairs once we took the lift to our floor, the room was unclean. There were stains on the sheets, there was no air conditioning and the room was 28° C on entering, and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. I'm used to fairly basic hotels, but this was awful. We still ended up having to pay for the entire 4 nights even though we didn't even spend one and the room was not clean. Additionally, the hotel wifi did not work. We were told a manager would contact us and we still haven't heard back.
