  : 1. The hotel is located within walking distance to the Brussels Midi station. So getting there and travelling around using public transport is very convenient. 2. The room was big enough, with a balcony and was clean when we checked in. It was also well decorated. The bed was super comfy. 3. The bathroom had enough toilet paper rolls and seemed hygienic. You get a hairdryer if you request one during check in. 4. The attached kitchen was well equipped. Also a microwave, electric kettle, big fridge and a toaster were provided. Instant coffee sachets were provided with sugar. There were also a coffee machine. But the coffee pods were not included. 5. The WiFi service is good.
  : 1. The location's safety raised some concerns, particularly for travellers arriving late. The requirement tocheck in before 9 PM seemed impractical and punitive, especially considering the late fee charge of 20-30 euros. It's important to ensure that policies are reasonable and accommodating to the needs of the guests, rather than appearing exploitative.2. Locating the entrance was challenging, as it appeared concealed and resembled a private apartment entrance. Additionally, the lack of prior communication regarding the door code made entry difficult. Also, the lift and the stairs are very narrow.3. The system of paying 100 Euros of deposit is also very shady. It is technically refundable, but there's no certainty for that. Fortunately we got it. But one of the families with whom we were travelling got back only 70 Euros, for which the owner did not provide any transparent documentation for deductions or proof of damage.4. Daily cleaning and replenishment of towels, bedding, and toiletries are standard expectations for hotel stays. Unfortunately, these services seemed inconsistent during our visit.5. Not all of the kitchen amenities work. The oven is very weak. Half of the stove-top burners do not function. Also, basic items like oil, salt and pepper are not provided.6. There's a lack of privacy as the owner enters to rooms without asking for permission beforehand, when the current occupants are not there, just for "checking".7. We had to pay an extra 5 Euros (without any receipt), to store out luggage for few hours after we checked out. However, when we asked about the availability of the service during check-in, extra charges were not mentioned. Charging an additional fee for luggage storage after checkout, especially without prior notification or documentation, was exploitative and unprofessional.8. The hotel claims that the rooms are soundproof which is untrue.9.

  : We have no issues with the room (Apartment 'Florence') that was mated out to us. The rooms were big enough and clean. The location was close to the Brussels Midi station.
  : What irked us and I believe is wrong, is that we were charged 30 euros post check-out, citing that apparently the kitchen was "too oily". First of all, 100 euros were "held" by the hotel during check-in, about which there was no intimation given. This is really unethical and unprofessional as this is something that should be mentioned before-hand. But to deduct 30 euros from somebody who had kept the room and kitchen clean is egregious. We were three families living in the premises and all of us saw to it that there was not a drop of any oil anywhere! Still they had the audacity to deduct 30 euros for "oil"! If it indeed was so, we would like to demand for photographs to proof that it was oil! Else, believe me when I say this, we will make sure we say about this incident in every travel forum that is there in the world to let people know of the truth about this hotel. And then on the first evening, we saw water leaking from our sink, and that led to such inconvenience for which we never asked for reimbursement for the inconvenience caused. When we pointed that out the next morning, the owner told us that he did not notice anything when he got into our room last afternoon, "to close the windows" (isn't that unethical in our absence?), so we might have done something!! Of course he would not see any water leakage when the sink was not being used! What a random logic! Also, the following evening we found our towels missing. It was not notified to us that the rooms would be cleaned, neither was it propagated before hand that the towels would go missing! Such a horrible experience honestly.

  : No fan remote for main room, unfortunately felt like we are in the getto of the city and unsafe getting to the room at night. Given this limited our 2nd day and we wanted to head home. Not recommended for families.

  : stealthily charged 25% of the rent (not city tax or cleaning fee) on the credit card after check-out without any reason. Beware of those surcharge after check-out! it's dishonest and despicable.

  : Located close to public transport, Brussel South train station, the city center is reachable within a few stops by tram. The appartment (New York) was in the 6th floor with a nice view. Bed & lining & towels was all clean and comforable. Garage is available for 25/day.
